Ruth E. Ramos, MA Ruth is dedicated to helping companies meet their optimal performance by maximizing employee relationships and fostering inclusive work environments. She accomplishes this by looking at the whole system - individual, group and organization - and intervening at each necessary level. The processes that she utilizes are one-on-one coaching with clients, facilitation of group configurations, and working strategically with senior managers to create organizational culture change.
Ruth's work assists in providing the foundation of greater understanding of oneself and others, and helps to cultivate an environment where differences are appreciated and respected. If organizations can achieve this environment, they will see more productive employees, more unique solutions to problems, higher rates of retention and stronger bottom lines.
Ruth is a partner and consultant of Compass Consulting Services, LLC, an organizational development firm which specializes in diversity and inclusion management, conflict management, leadership development, communication and team building. Ruth is certified through the Gestalt Institute and is also certified to conduct the Clark-Wilson 360-Degree Feedback Tool. She earned two undergraduate degrees from Cleveland State University in Psychology and Spanish, and her Masters Degree from Cleveland State University in Psychology with a concentration in Diversity Management.
