Inspiring Emerging Vision:

Inspiring Emerging Vision: An Inward Journey in the Mountains of Montana

After taking a 10 year break, Jackie and I are returning to the Black Tail Ranch in Wolf Creek Montana to provide a week long retreat.  Besides the evolution of our work in the last decade, we are excited to partner with the Society for Organization Learning(SOL) in providing this retreat. Consistent with SOL's long history based on Peter Senge's seminal book, the Fifth Discipline, the retreat will support your personal mastery, leadership and systems thinking. We will spend an in depth week inspiring your emerging vision that will  prepare you to make a positive difference in the realms of your life and in the lives of others.

We will be surrounded by the majestic Montana wilderness where we can enjoy the living system of nature and free spirited horses that will support our collective wisdom of community where you can expand your capacity to inspire your visions to emerge.

You can join us to:
· Build Generative Community: Supporting Your Vision
· Create Relationship within Living Systems: Clarifying Your Vision
· Discover Your Authentic Presence In Nature: Engaging Your Vision
· Experience Emergent Awareness: Listening to Your Vision
· Meet Your Emergent Future: Bringing Your Vision Home

We ask that you join the adventure of listening intuitively from within, engaging in generative dialogue, learning from our inter-connectivity with nature, opening to a future that wants to emerge for yourself and your organizations and being there to greet it.
